The Blunder Development Corporation Ltd. wishes to develop leased land into a 10-parcel luxury estate resort with communal areas and facilities at Blunder Bay, Virgin Gorda, in the British Virgin Islands. The development includes improvements of the existing dock; construction of a slip marina, barge ramp and private docks; ghut stabilisation and extension; and beach nourishment. The beach nourishment aspect of the project is crucial to the development because the coarse gray to light brown sand that is found at the site is not aesthetically welcoming to the type of high-end owners the development is seeking to attract.
